@@hansgrohe Thanks I reached out to the customer service and they are sending me the Hansgrohe 95758000 Shut Off Unit cartridge. My question was if this is the only reason that the pressure would go down or is there any other part in the unit that could cause it? Three years ago i had the following installed 1. Hansgrohe Rough, iBox Universal Plus with Service Stops, ¾", 01850181 2. Hansgrohe ShowerSelect Modern Minimalist Auto Temperature Control 1-Handle 6-inch Wide Thermostatic Shower Trim for Rough-in Valve with Diverter in Chrome, 15763001 The pressure is good in all other taps around the house and the other 4 showers where I had it installed. @@hansgrohe I changed the catridge and the pressure is back to what it used to be. Thanks you. I wish removing the catridge is as easy as you showed it. My catridge was jammed and i had to yank it out with pliers and it broke and i had to use a thingmajiggy to break it into bits and take it out. I am guessing that in the intial installation, the plumber jammed the catridge. But alls well that ends well.

Das ist super schade. Essigsäure ist grundsätzlich viel aggressiver als die von uns empfohlene Zitronensäure.

@@hansgrohe Leider habe ich Ihr Video zu spät angeschaut, zumindest kenne ich aber jetzt die Ursache. Die Armaturen habe ich zwei Wochen, nachdem wir sie gekauft und angebracht haben, schon beschädigt. Sind sie denn nicht mehr zu retten? Würde Edelstahlpolitur helfen, oder mache ich sie damit noch kaputter?
